Our Kids Martial Arts program is a structured and exciting class that blends the fundamentals of boxing, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu into a fun, safe, and educational training experience. This program is designed not only to teach effective martial arts skills, but also to help children develop confidence, discipline, respect, and focus both on and off the mats.

MMA Striking
Our MMA Striking class is designed to develop well-rounded stand-up skills by combining techniques from boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts. This program focuses on teaching effective offensive and defensive striking while improving your conditioning, timing, and fight IQ in a structured and professional training environment.
Our experienced coaching staff emphasizes safety, control, and technical development. Students learn how to properly throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while maintaining balance, awareness, and defensive responsibility. Pad work, partner drills, bag work, and controlled technical sparring may be incorporated to help students safely apply what they learn in a practical setting.
